Responsibilities
Lead efforts to connect and grow state donor registries and the National Donate Life Registry.
Identify challenges and opportunities to improve registry systems and prioritize key initiatives.
Work with technology partners to determine tools needed for national growth and innovation.
Collaborate with national partners to create new registration opportunities.
Collaboratively develop communication materials for donation and transplantation professionals and the public to promote donor registry awareness and participation.
Create clear, regular updates for stakeholders about registry initiatives and progress.
Support donor registry data collection, review, and analysis.

Required
5+ years as a project manager, business analyst, or related role.
Passion for Donate Life America’s mission to educate, inspire and activate the public to register as an organ, eye and tissue donor.
Experience and comfort working with technology partners.
Strong communication, relationship building, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent judgment, self-motivation and ability to manage many projects at once.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team.
Preferred
Familiarity with donor registries or healthcare data analytics is a plus.
