Responsibilities
Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources to provide actionable insights.
Prepare data visualizations, reports, and dashboards to support strategic initiatives.
Translate complex data into easily understandable formats for non-technical audiences.
Design, distribute, and manage all organizational surveys, as assigned.
Analyze survey results and provide comprehensive reports with actionable insights.
Collaborate with committees and departments to refine survey instruments and ensure data accuracy.
Utilize survey platforms such as SurveyMonkey for survey distribution and data collection.
Move organization to one consistent survey platform
Attend weekly one-on-one meetings with the supervisor (1–1.5 hours) to review progress and align on goals.
Participate in 1–2 weekly staff meetings a month as needed to provide updates and insights.
Communicate technical data insights effectively with teams, committees, and stakeholders.
Support RBMA committees and initiatives as requested.
Maintain a collaborative, team-oriented attitude while working independently.
Perform other duties as assigned to advance the association’s mission.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., statistics, data science, business analytics, or a related discipline) or demonstrated equivalent experience.
Practical, hands-on expertise in data analysis and survey development may substitute for formal education; candidates with self-taught or non-traditional learning paths are encouraged to apply.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis and survey development; experience in an association or healthcare setting is a plus.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and communicate complex data sets.
Proficient in survey platforms, data analysis tools (e.g., Excel), and data presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint).
Ability to communicate using data-driven language to collaborate effectively with teams.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace applications.
Preferred
Knowledge of statistical methods and tools (e.g., SPSS, R, or Python) is a plus.
Familiarity with CRM systems and email platforms (e.g., iMIS, Informz) is a plus.
Experience in an association or healthcare setting is a plus.
