Responsibilities
Proactively prospect and prequalify sales qualified leads the fit our ideal client profile and develop opportunities for our Business Development Managers.
Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth and pipeline growth.
Initiate and manage effective sales cycles, while effectively managing and prioritizing multiple prospects.
Articulate TSC’s value proposition to prospects, taking detailed notes and storing them in the CRM.
Prioritize daily outbound activities to ensure consistent outreach daily to our target clients.
Build and maintain relationships with prospects and advance prospects through our sales funnel building a robust pipeline.
Research target accounts and profile buying systems within those accounts, creating a robust sales strategy.
Collaborate with the Business Development Managers to ensure quality meetings and create plans to close accounts.
Participate in tradeshows and events to position the TSC brand and initiate relationships with potential clients.
Have a full understanding of and consistently demonstrate proficiency at explaining all products and services to existing and prospective customers.
Participate in team huddles to celebrate wins, share best practices and brainstorm solutions to challenges.
Accurately enter, update, and maintain daily activity and prospect information in CRM.

Required
Hard-working, aggressive, results-oriented sales professional.
High comfort level with communication via phone, email, video and social media.
Strong computer skills, with the ability to multi-task using a wide range of software applications and programs.
Outbound sales experience.
Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales engagement tools.
Outstanding time management and organization skills.
Strong business acumen with expertise in go-to-market disciplines (marketing, sales, account management, and business development).
Deep knowledge in the Hospitality space, specifically Casinos, Hotels, and/or events.
Experience: Business development: 1 year (Required)
