Responsibilities

Oversee the Programming, Engineering, and Drafting teams, including direct supervision of the Programming Manager and Drafting Manager.

Lead and inspire teams to achieve technical excellence, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Develop and implement strategies to optimize resource allocation, productivity, and project delivery.

Set performance goals for the teams and provide coaching, mentoring, and support to achieve them.

Ensure seamless integration and collaboration between the Programming, engineering, and Drafting teams for project execution.

Oversee the development and deployment of AV control systems and the creation of AV design drawings.

Monitor project progress, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met across technical operations.

Implement scalable processes to streamline project workflows and improve overall efficiency.

Coordinate cross-functional teams including project management, sales, and engineering to meet client needs.

Align technical operations with the company’s strategic objectives and business goals.

Continuously evaluate operational processes and introduce improvements to maintain high-quality deliverables.

Assist in the development and management of the department's budget.

Monitor expenses, track project costs, and identify cost-saving opportunities.

Establish and maintain robust quality control and testing procedures across both departments.

Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and regulations in all drafting and programming work.

Conduct regular reviews and audits of project outcomes to maintain excellence in service delivery.

Serve as the key liaison between technical teams, clients, and senior management, ensuring smooth communication and the successful execution of projects.

Regularly report on department performance, project statuses, and resource utilization to senior management.

Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure technical deliverables meet client expectations and contribute to business growth.

Willingly undertake any other responsibilities as assigned by the organization to contribute to the overall success of the team and projects.

Travel may be required to attend client meetings, industry events, or on-site project inspections.

Maintain a high level of knowledge in AV control systems, drafting technologies, and industry best practices.
