Responsibilities

Collaborate with clients to assess their business objectives, challenges, and requirements.
Design solutions to provide clear business value to customers and improve efficiency.
Analyze client requirements and design tailored solutions using the ServiceNow platform.
Utilize technical expertise to design innovative solutions that drive value for clients.
Ensure that solutions align with best practices and industry standards.
Continuously optimize ServiceNow solutions to improve efficiency and alignment with client objectives.
Coordinate with Account Teams and Bid Mgmt Teams to provide ServiceNow solutions within the context of larger service offerings and proposals.
Tailor product and DXC service offerings to meet the specific needs of the client.
Act as a subject matter expert on ServiceNow to provide accurate guidance to clients.
Assist in creating compelling proposals, quotes, and presentations.
Participate in RFP (Request for Proposal) responses and other pre-sales activities.
Help clients evaluate the ROI (Return on Investment) of proposed solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their evolving needs.
Conduct presentations and workshops to showcase the value of ServiceNow solutions as well as the specific value of the related DXC offerings.
Conduct discussions and workshops to identify detailed requirements of customers and to assess current state.
Maintain an in-depth understanding of the ServiceNow platform, applications, capabilities, and best practices.
Knowledge of ServiceNow integration capabilities with external applications.
Stay current on ServiceNow product updates and new features.
Proven experience in one or more areas related to ServiceNow solution consulting, implementation, support, and administration.
Work closely with the sales team to understand client needs and align proposed solutions with sales strategies.
Work closely with sales, project management, and technical teams to align solution designs with client goals.
Collaborate with product development and solutioning teams to provide solutions based on client input.

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
