Responsibilities
Manage medium-sized projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
Utilize the company’s structured PMO methodology to develop tailored project plans that align with regulatory and business requirements.
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Monitor and track project progress, maintaining clear and accurate documentation, including status updates, project plans, and risk assessments.
Analyze and manage project risks, preempting potential issues and implementing effective mitigation strategies.
Prepare and maintain detailed reports, including progress updates and metrics tracking, using Excel for data analysis.
Communicate project milestones, risks, and status updates clearly to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
Proactively follow escalation and change control processes to address any deviations from the project plan.
Foster strong, collaborative relationships across project stakeholders, acting as a trusted liaison between teams.
Continuously improve team skills and project delivery practices through lessons-learned reviews.

Required
5-8 years of project management experience, specifically within the banking industry.
Demonstrated expertise in project management methodologies and tools.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data reporting and analysis is required.
Bachelor’s degree required.
Preferred
Familiarity with regulatory-driven projects is strongly preferred.
Experience using project management tools such as Jira.
Continuing education in Project Management a plus.
Experience with other MS Office tools is a plus.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues effectively.
