Responsibilities
Overseeing the integration of New Relic into our end client’s existing ITSM and project management systems.
Ensuring that these integrations enhance their service delivery and project execution processes.
Working closely with various stakeholders to understand their needs, facilitate smooth transitions, and ensure that the new systems are effectively utilized.

Required
BA/BS in a relevant field or equivalent work experience REQUIRED.
2-3 years proven experience in ITSM role, preferably in an enterprise corporate setting REQUIRED.
Previous experience extending observability platforms to new product teams REQUIRED.
