Responsibilities
Identify and qualify new business opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and inbound lead follow-up.
Manage the entire sales process, including prospecting, conducting demos, negotiating terms, and closing deals.
Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads, accurately forecasting and reporting sales activity to meet or exceed revenue goals.
Conduct discovery calls to understand prospective clients’ needs and align ChartRequest’s solutions with their business goals.
Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders, positioning ChartRequest as a trusted partner.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts to expand revenue and support client success.
Provide a seamless onboarding experience for new clients, collaborating with Customer Success to ensure smooth handoff and client satisfaction.
Work closely with the Marketing and Business Development teams to align outreach strategies and optimize lead generation efforts.
Collaborate with Product and Revenue Operations teams to communicate client feedback and inform product development and sales enablement initiatives.
Contribute to sales strategy by providing insights into client needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, pipeline status, and deal progress in the CRM (HubSpot preferred).
Track key metrics and report on individual performance, adjusting strategies and tactics to achieve goals.
Regularly analyze sales data and trends to optimize outreach efforts and improve conversion rates.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
5+ years of experience in B2B sales
Successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong understanding of the full sales cycle, including lead generation, qualification, closing, and post-sales follow-up
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to build rapport and trust with clients
Proficiency with CRM software, especially HubSpot
Familiarity with sales forecasting and pipeline management
Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment
Ability to think strategically, solve problems, and adapt to changing priorities and market dynamics
Preferred
Experience in healthcare or technology is a plus
