Responsibilities

Analyze and evaluate current hotel and business systems, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
Lead the implementation and integration of new property management systems and hotel accounting and reporting systems.
Ensure accurate data management and reporting across all hotel systems, providing actionable insights to support business decisions.
Provide support and training for hotel staff on various business systems, ensuring they are well-equipped to use the systems effectively.
Manage and oversee projects related to system upgrades, new implementations, and integrations, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
Collaborate with various stakeholders, including hotel management, IT teams, and external vendors, to ensure alignment and successful system operations.
Ensure all systems comply with industry standards and regulations, maintaining the highest level of data security and integrity.

Required

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
3 - 5 years previous experience as Business Systems Analyst or similar within the hospitality industry, with a strong background in property management systems and hotel accounting and reporting systems.
Proficient in various hotel systems such as PMS, CRS, POS, and others.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
Proven project management skills, with the ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Preferred

Strong understanding of data management, SQL, and system integration techniques are a plus.
