Responsibilities
Provide oversight and direction to the accounting team.
Advise on tax matters, structuring expenses, and compliance.
Review and improve accounting processes and documentation.
Assist with tax planning and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
Oversee preparation and review of financial reports.

Required
Active CPA license.
6+ years of experience in tax preparation, filing returns, and advising on tax-related matters.
Strong GAAP knowledge.
Strong knowledge of accounting best practices and current tax laws.
Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively guide and collaborate with our accounting staff.
Availability for daily meetings (in person or remote) and on-call support as needed.
