Responsibilities

Ability to manage 10 projects at any given time

Manage overall quality by ensuring best practices are followed

Communicate and escalate any issues or feedback to US Shift PM as well the account managers

Projects will also be assigned for full ownership.

These projects will be 'co-owned' by a member of the US Team that is working US Shift hours in order to communicate with the client as well as set up and schedule the first batch of invites.

Review project metrics (IR, Completes, LOI, SCO, QTF)

Analyze if additional invitations or reminders need to be sent in addition to what is already in field to achieve client goals.

Manage overall quality by ensuring best practices are followed

Communicate any project insights to 'co-owner'

Communicate and escalate any issues or feedback to US Shift PM as well as US Management

Consolidate all actions taken, feedback, direction for 'co-owner' and put into project email.

Communicates resolution to PM in US Shift

Communicates to clients and vendors as applicable

Manages vendors supporting US Projects

Assists in Project Management capability administrative duties as requested

Examples could include: Ensuring all active projects are recorded and updated in the corresponding management tools

Ensuring all active projects are recorded in the corresponding management tool

Troubleshooting any projects experiencing issues; direction will be provided by US Team member

Ability to identify project issues and risks and resolve, knowing when to seek partnership from leadership and members of US Team

Learns and becomes proficient in advanced Project Management functions

Pre-Screener set up, adjustments, management and proficiency

Use and management of Mega Quota Groups

Understanding and proficiency in using Automatic Sampling

Learns and follows established process

Accountable for project success for Handover projects

Adherence to GMO Research HR Policy of Enjoy, Conquer, Respect

Required

At least 3-5 years of experience in project management, within the market research industry.

Strong understanding of project management principles, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing projects, with a focus on quality and client satisfaction.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage client relationships and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Strong analytical skills to assess project needs, troubleshoot issues, and implement effective solutions.

High level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy and consistency in project deliverables.

Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.

Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello) and familiarity with data collection and survey platforms.

Ability to lead and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
