Responsibilities
Develop and lead strategic initiatives to onboard, implement, and optimize the best use of the HubSpot software for clients.
Drive client growth, including campaign development, growth strategy, account-based marketing, and sales enablement.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular meetings and updates, primarily over Zoom.
Be an expert and advocate for your clients’ HubSpot instance.
Ensure clients receive the highest level of service, value, and performance.
Manage project timelines, calendars, and goals for teams and clients using project management tools like Teamwork (TW).
Manage and meet client expectations, ensuring deadlines are hit.
Leverage CRMs/Marketing Automation tools, including HubSpot and Salesforce, for clients’ lead/demand generation, including strategy, implementation, and execution across Sales, Marketing, and Service Hubs.
Measure and report on the performance of HubSpot initiatives, utilizing analytics to optimize advertising and organic campaigns.
Partner with cross-functional teams to keep everyone aligned.
Manage, motivate, and collaborate with vendors and agency partners.
Lead internal and client presentations, encouraging clients to use agency POVs in developing ideas and advertising that best meet client goals and objectives.
Build and manage timelines, budgets, and program reports/recaps.

Required
At least 3 years of experience in an agency setting, managing 5-7 client accounts, focusing on HubSpot
At least 2-3 years of experience working within Salesforce
At least 4 years of experience with HubSpot, including an in-depth knowledge of its Sales, Marketing, and Service Hubs
At least 2 years of experience with Salesforce, including an in-depth knowledge of Sales Cloud
Strong understanding of Google, Facebook, and other advertising platforms
Utilizes analytics to optimize advertising and organic campaigns
Experience identifying and creating campaigns that engage the target audience
Thinks outside the box and offers innovative solutions without confining to one path
Extremely detail-oriented, technologically savvy, and a team player with excellent interpersonal skills
Think strategically and analytically, contributing to advancing client goals and the agency’s objectives
Demonstrate a positive, genuine, can-do attitude, establishing trust with the team, peers, leaders, and clients
Preferred
Experience with CRM/Marketing Automation tools like Marketo and Pardot
Experience managing integrations/API projects
