Responsibilities

Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive engagement

Create and publish engaging content across various social media platforms, including but not limited to LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram

Monitor social media channels for customer feedback and respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner

Analyze and report on social media metrics, such as impressions, reach, and engagement, to optimize future content strategies

Keep up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and platforms and recommend innovative ideas to enhance our social media presence

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and Service to ensure cohesive brand messaging across all social media channels

Identify and engage with influencers and brand advocates to amplify our social media reach

Collaborate with Marketing Director to produce a Social Media Calendar which aligns with our company goals
