Responsibilities

Work on Production Support tickets and enhancement requests on client Agile delivery process.
Follow up on Oracle SRs.
Liaison with the business for all clarifications, requirements, scoping, etc.
Support business during the month-end close in the above modules.
Perform QA testing, interact with offshore developers and be single point of contact for business to support issues.

Experience with Oracle E-Business Tax - Tax Manager
Experience with Oracle Cash Management
Technical skills in SQL/PL/SQL
Experience with Oracle XMLP Reports
Experience with Oracle Forms
Experience with Oracle Workflows
Experience with RICE components
Ability to work on Production Support tickets and enhancement requests
