Responsibilities

Develop, write, and edit compelling technical content, focusing on Vercel’s features and frameworks

Act as customer zero, ensuring our content meets the reader’s needs and enhances their understanding our products and position in the industry

Keep up-to-date with our products, industry trends, and the needs of our users to ensure the creation of relevant and effective content

Review and refine content and code examples for clarity and accuracy

Manage your projects in coordination with the Marketing team, adhering to deadlines and contributing to our content strategy

Embrace new products and processes, sharing knowledge, and driving content quality and innovation

Report to our Director of Content

Required

At least five years of experience as a Technical Writer, Developer Experience/Advocate Engineer, or related role, with a proven track record of creating impactful content

Web development experience

Knowledge of frontend tools such as TypeScript, Next.js, and Vercel

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, thriving in a team environment and contributing to a positive workplace

Ability to quickly adapt to new domains, learning and articulating complex concepts into clear, comprehensive content

Preference for working in a fast-paced, agile environment with a 'get it done' mentality

Outstanding project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

Focus on putting the reader first, ensuring content is accessible and engaging
