Responsibilities
Support and inspire team members involved in your projects, ensuring expectations and goals are clearly defined and communicated
Manage proposal development including proposal writing; This includes preparing specs for a proposal, putting together project pricing and timelines, cost estimation, case studies and desk research for instance.
Draft methodology for study design; This includes designing and writing questionnaires and topic guides.
Manage simultaneously multiple projects (simple and more complex)
Full responsibility for project management, particularly for less complex ones, including full responsibility of research documents
Deliver the projects with high quality and adhering to delivery costs according to plan
Design questionnaires in conjunction with internal experts, and works with clients to review and finalize
Oversee the data collection processes such as preparing study specifications for Operations and/or agencies, client reports, drafting questionnaires, quota monitoring, sample delivery, troubleshooting and testing
Create table specification, lead data analysis and reporting
Work with client to draft and finalize discussion guides
Designs briefing notes, reporting template, briefing of Kynetec colleagues and agencies
Conducts more complex project interviewing/techniques on a range of issues and implements good moderating skills
Write client research reports, creating impactful reports with detailed and meaningful insights and infographic methods, with action led recommendations to support clients in their decision-making
Presenting results to clients, supporting sales presentations
Analyses data and use a variety of tools to run cross-tabs and interrogate the data for meaningful results / liaise with DP to generate useful tables
Regular interaction with clients (presentations, phone calls, meetings, e-mail)
Supports in pitches, managing and/or co-managing customer relationships, interaction with clients on an ongoing basis, and in some defined situations initiating new client contact in defined circumstances

Required
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Marketing, Market Research or a related degree is preferred)
7+ years of relevant work experience in Animal Health and Market Research (Custom Research Methods) is required for this position
Strong client management, commercial and project management skills
Demonstrates wide range of experience with different research types
Demonstrates a strong track record in business development through nurturing relationships, adding value, writing innovative proposals and winning new business
Preferred
A strong background and interest in companion animal health is highly preferred for this role
