Responsibilities
Develops, coordinates, and executes the District Manpower Management Program in accordance with Dept. of the Army and US Army Corps of Engineers policies.
Works with officials at all organizational levels within the Seattle District to improve working relationships; to establish, clarify and disseminate information concerning management services.
Responsible for the District Manager's Internal Control Program (MICP).
Serves as Manpower and Management Branch team leader.

Required
One year of specialized experience which includes planning, directing, and executing a manpower management program; analyzing workload and workforce forecast data, resource utilization data, and historical trend data; integrating manpower and financial management systems; and preparing and presenting briefings to senior leaders.
