Responsibilities
Achieve assigned sales objectives on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
Provide competitive pricing proposals and customer quotations.
Develop expertise in the product portfolio and effectively communicate value propositions to customers.
Attend and support product usage during clinical procedures.
Build and sustain relationships with healthcare procurement contacts through regular engagement.
Represent the company at relevant industry events and trade shows.
Cultivate relationships with influential professionals in the medical field.
Maintain accurate and timely sales data, forecasts, and reporting.
Utilize and update customer relationship management tools daily.

Required
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in sales, business, or a related field.
3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in medical device or into the OR.
Previous experience in medical device sales or clinical settings is a strong advantage.
Competence in digital tools, including spreadsheets, presentations, and email.
Flexibility to travel 25-50% as needed.
