Responsibilities
Lead the development and implementation of operational best practices within our office locations. Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements to deliver efficient, effective, and consistent client experiences.
Drive the development and implementation of initiatives to enhance office operations and client service delivery. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance client experiences.
Collaborate with the client-facing teams to maintain and enhance key client relationships. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention by delivering exceptional service methodologies.
Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and standardization to enhance productivity and streamline operations.
Partner with the Training Team to reinforce best practices for new and existing offices coordinating strongly with local Directors of Operations to ensure a positive and effective feedback loop.

Required
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in financial services, with a focus on operational oversight and management.
Strong background in financial services, operational management, and process improvement.
Proven track record of managing teams, streamlining workflows, and driving efficiency in a highly regulated environment.
Proven track record of implementing strategic initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Preferred
Advanced degree (e.g., MBA)
