Responsibilities

13-week cash flow model : The model is close to completion, but the client requires help refining it.

Marketing ROI and Analytics : Assistance is needed to evaluate how marketing leads and cost-per-lead translate into actual revenue and profitability, and to create templates for ongoing analysis.

Budget Template and Forecast : The client wants to develop a more dynamic budget template that allows for monthly and weekly forecast updates, ideally starting by late January.

Real Estate Pro Forma Document : Support is required to create a pro forma document, calculating initial spend, expected revenue, EBITDA, NPV, and cash payback.
