Responsibilities
Strong knowledge of Unix, Linux, Windows operating system and system administration tasks
Highly available vertical / horizontal scaling, disaster recovery capabilities
Single Sign On, network load balancer, firewall, IP subnets.
On-Prem monitoring tools like Splunk, Dynatrace
Cloud monitoring capabilities like Azure Monitor
CI/CD pipelines: Ansible, Jenkins, Nexis, Mavin, Bitbucket etc.)
Version control subsystem like: Git, Subversion, etc.
Storage subsystem
Salesforce
Knowledge of application development, implementation, and deployment experience.
Web services and data integration techniques, messaging and transformation.
Lead experience to create design documentation and participate in code reviews with application teams.
Strong troubleshooting experience to research production issues including cryptography (digital certificates), networking, IBM MQs, Databases.
Develop and troubleshoot message translation issues integrating with backends (JSON to SOAP/SOAP to JSON)
Experience with developing pass-through and transformative API extensions
Experience performing system and software audits.
Assesses and analyzes business requirements, current state environment and technology choices to evaluate security solution alternatives that meet solution architecture needs and support enterprise requirements.
Demonstrate advanced knowledge and skills related to Cloud, IAM and privileged access management.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, on both technical and non-technical topics

Communicate the deployment/release schedule, release artifacts, priorities, and status to all stakeholders.
Coordinate releases with internal stakeholders.

Perform upgrades, patches, and fix security issues.
Monitor application performance, system performance, troubleshoot and diagnose issues and implement fixes.
Work closely with the development teams to design solutions, deploy and maintain application.
Install, configure and deploy new WebSphere application servers on AIX and Linux
Write and deploy shell scripts, automate tasks.
Experience with one or more web server setup Apache, IBM Http Server and IIS
Experience working with SSL and application security in WebSphere.
Troubleshoot, collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues.
Participate in defining corporate implementation and integration strategies of new technologies.
Experience administering integration platforms like Salesforce – MuleSoft.
Experience collaborating and advising application dev teams to build API capability, covering aspects such as security and policy management.
Ability to understand systems and application code to troubleshoot and provide guidance to app dev teams.
Experience providing consultation services working with System administrator’s internal platform and middleware groups to provide application software development services or technical support.
Provides comprehensive senior-level technical consulting to IT management and senior technical staffs.
Analyzes, defines, and documents requirements for data, workflow, logical processes, hardware and operating system environment, interfaces with other systems, internal and external checks, controls, and outputs using standard development methodology.
Works with internal business groups on implementation opportunities, challenges, and requirements of various applications.
Guides and consults with IT management and technical staffs regarding use of emerging technologies and associated services.
Participates in defining corporate implementation and integration strategies of new technologies.
Advocates for innovative, creative technology solutions.
Design and develop automated stress testing harnesses, recommend, and implement solutions, conduct and participate in code review sessions, and provide process improvements.
Work knowledge of cloud platforms Azure, AWS or Google Cloud.
Deploy and manage application in a cloud environment.
Work with cloud vendors and cloud hosting service providers and recommend infrastructure solutions.
Experience deploying Containers, Microservices, Kubernetes, etc. both in on-prem and cloud.
