Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruitment for high-volume inside sales roles, from sourcing to onboarding.
Identify and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, employee referrals, and professional networking.
Review resumes and conduct thorough initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
Coordinate and conduct interviews, providing detailed feedback and recommendations to hiring managers.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Develop and execute strategies to promote the company as an employer of choice through effective job postings, social media engagement, and participation in career events.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide insights to enhance the hiring process.
Negotiate and extend competitive offers in alignment with organizational policies and budget guidelines.
Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on hiring outcomes and process improvements.
Partner with the HR team to ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding process.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in high-volume recruitment, with a strong emphasis on inside sales roles
Proven success in corporate recruitment, with recent in-house experience
Expertise in utilizing sourcing tools and platforms, including social media and Applicant Tracking Systems
Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple requisitions effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and internal stakeholders professionally
Analytical mindset to track metrics and recommend improvements to the hiring process
