Responsibilities
Analyze business objectives and problems, identify alternative solutions, and perform cost/benefit analysis.
Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to document detailed system requirements and processes.
Conduct formal work sessions and functional analysis presentations.
Develop test scenarios, scripts, and training materials; perform hands-on testing and support multiple test cycles.
Utilize collaboration tools to effectively communicate in a remote work environment.
Estimate work efforts, meet deadlines, and manage expectations with stakeholders.
Review system capabilities, specifications, and scheduling limitations for proposed changes.

Required
8 years: Business Analyst experience with PeopleSoft HCM implementation or upgrade projects.
8 years: Experience with PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 Payroll or Time & Labor.
8 years: Ability to identify requirements and create formal functional documentation.
8 years: Experience conducting formal work sessions and functional analysis.
8 years: End-to-end system integration and external interface testing experience.
4+ years: Proficiency in Microsoft O365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Visio).
Preferred
4 years: Experience in the public sector (Federal, State, or Local Government).
2 years: Experience with the Comptroller of Public Accounts (CPA) CAPPS Financials.
2 years: Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft Approval Workflow Engine (AWE).
2 years: Familiarity with SharePoint.
1 year: Experience with Jira or the Scrum framework.
