Responsibilities

Plan, implement, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms, including Google Ads, social media, and email marketing.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaigns align with overall marketing strategies and brand guidelines.
Utilize marketing tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, and analytics platforms to track and analyze campaign performance.
Develop and curate engaging content for digital platforms, including websites, blogs, social media, and email campaigns.
Work closely with the design team to produce high-quality visuals and multimedia content.
Optimize content for SEO and user engagement across digital channels.
Maintain and update the company website, ensuring content is current, accurate, and engaging.
Implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and website traffic.
Monitor website performance and user behavior using tools like Google Analytics.
Manage and grow the organization’s presence on social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook.
Schedule and publish posts, engage with the audience, and monitor social media trends.
Track and report on social media performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
Analyze key performance metrics to measure the success of digital campaigns and initiatives.
Generate monthly reports that provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
Stay updated on digital marketing trends and best practices to ensure strategies remain competitive.
Work closely with the Marketing team to align digital efforts with broader marketing campaigns.
Support Business Development teams by creating and providing digital assets for lead generation and customer engagement.
Assist in training team members on digital tools and platforms.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
Proficiency in marketing tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Ads, and social media platforms.
Hands-on experience with SEO, SEM, email marketing, and content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
