Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their trusted advisor.
Understand client needs and align our solutions to their business goals.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, coordinating with internal teams as needed.
Drive adoption of our products through proactive engagement and best practice sharing.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advocate for client requirements and enhance the customer experience.

Required
Proven experience in a technical or customer-facing role.
Must come from a DevOps or CI/CD background in a SaaS vendor.
Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.
Familiarity with scripting languages like JS, Python, .NET, or Java.
A proactive, customer-first mindset.
Must be based on East Coast or Central time zone.
