Responsibilities

Grow and shape the market teams to build Grammarly's presence and market share globally.
Take a holistic view of the overall business and ensure that decisions are made with future growth in mind.
Drive channel initiatives while maintaining and executing the channel strategy for extending Grammarly's business model.
Develop a portfolio of consulting services and selling partners.
Navigate complex partnership models to assemble the right portfolio of capable partners to ensure customer success.
Utilize metrics to inform data-driven decision-making.
Invest in and enable partners to yield long-term benefits.

Required

15+ years of work experience with a minimum 10 years of enterprise software industry business development experience developing value-added resellers or related channel business.
10+ years of experience in Partner Sales and/or Business Development.
Demonstrates leadership and passion to build and optimize.
Experience that demonstrates an ability to establish and maintain relationships effectively.
Ability to profile, identify, and recruit system integrator/consulting firms and technology partners worldwide.
Outgoing, self-motivated, organized, creative, respectful, high level of integrity and with a can-do attitude.
Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
