Responsibilities
Regularly monitor the team inbox, promptly responding to general inquiries and ensuring clear, professional communication.
Recognize critical or unresolved issues and direct them to the appropriate team members or leadership for timely resolution.
Track, update, and follow up on partner-related cases to ensure they progress smoothly through internal workflows.
Manage the sales inbox, ensuring all inquiries are accurately routed to the relevant stakeholders for action.
Create and manage support tickets for partner requests or issues, categorizing and prioritizing them for efficient handling.
Monitor and communicate updates on case statuses, working closely with cross-functional teams to resolve matters swiftly.
Provide broad administrative support to enhance team productivity and operational effectiveness.

Required
At least 1 year of experience with Salesforce.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Proactive and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
Prior experience in an administrative or similar support role is a plus.
Proficiency with tools such as Salesforce (SFDC), case management platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
