Responsibilities

Proactively engage targeted prospects through outbound calling
Understand and deliver ACD’s value proposition and facilitate lead handoff to the Account Executives
Exceed quotas related to the number of calls made, number of emails sent, qualified opportunities, and pipeline attribution
Partner and strategize with our marketing and Account Executive teams to help fill the sales pipeline
Maintain active engagement with new, old, and existing opportunities
Ensure accurate and up-to-date customer interactions are captured in CRM
Other duties as required

MS OfficeCRM ToolsSaaS Experience

Required

Ability to take initiative, multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Effective time management skills and ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize workload
High energy and positive attitude
Team player with demonstrated ability to work individually and collaboratively
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools

Preferred

Relevant SaaS experience a plus
