Responsibilities
Respond to inbound calls and emails from potential customers, expertly assessing their needs and level of interest to qualify leads
Provide knowledgeable recommendations about our offerings to drive sales conversions
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, proactively identifying opportunities to enhance sales results
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop messaging and engage warm prospects who have shown interest through webinars, content downloads, and other touchpoints.
Maintain a robust pipeline of prospects and track all interactions in our CRM system

Required
Proven experience (1+ years) in business development, preferably in a SaaS or technology-driven environment
Excellent listening skills and energetic phone presence
Self-motivated with a high level of drive and initiative
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to operate in a highly ambiguous, fast-paced collaborative environment
