Responsibilities

Process bi-weekly payroll for 40-50 employees

Help with closing recs

Assist with stock options activity

Help clean up tax returns

Support 401k audit

ADP WFNPayroll processingAccounting experience

Required

ADP WFN experience is a definite plus

Must be reliable

To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed

Preferred

Light accounting experience to be able to help with a few additional areas such as closing recs, stock options activity, and helping to clean up tax returns and 401k audit

Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus
