Responsibilities

Establishing best practices for data management, model validation, and documentation

Review real-time data from systems to predict equipment failures, improve yield, and reduce downtime

Ensuring alignment of data science initiatives with regulatory requirements and industry best practices

Define and implement the data science roadmap aligned with organizational goals

Required

Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field

8+ years of experience in data science, with at least 3 years in a lead role

Must have proven expertise in applying data science to manufacturing processes, quality assurance, or supply chain optimization

Must have working experience with programming languages such as Python, R, or Scala

Must have hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks

Must have experience with big data platforms and cloud technologies

Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Must have excellent leadership, communication, and presentation abilities

Must have excellent communication skills
