Responsibilities

Create a knowledge management platform experience that is intuitive and streamlines IP identification

Simplify IP the discovery and identification process

Encourage and drive IP re-use in delivery

Foster a space for consistent collaboration and dissemination of IP

Understanding if the users have adopted the new system; If not, why?

What would a knowledge management platform that is intuitive, simple, and value-adding look like (with an emphasis on IP discovery and re-use)

What would the overall user flow (e.g. user stories) look like for you?

What information is required for you to effectively search for IP and know if it is useful (quickly)?

Creating wireframes to visualize this user experience

Feedback loops on the wireframes with the interviewees
