Account Executive (Bilingual Spanish/English)

Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention
Proactively engage with clients to identify potential issues and implement strategies for success
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client inquiries, disputes, and payment discrepancies
Provide clients with regular updates on account performance and service changes
Analyze account data and trends to identify risks and opportunities for improving client satisfaction
Gather and incorporate client feedback to drive continuous improvement in service
Perform other duties and various special projects as assigned

Required
4 + years of experience in account management, client services or related field required
Experience in the factoring or financial services industry with a strong understanding of accounts receivable financing required
Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and resolve complex issues
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail when handling client accounts and data
Ability to analyze account trends and provide insights to internal teams and clients
Excellent verbal & written communication skills, with the ability to present data and reports effectively
Proven ability to work both independently and in a collaborative environment to achieve client satisfaction and retention goals.
Preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred
Proficient in CRM software and experience with multiple ERPs a plus
