Responsibilities
Assist the sales team in managing customer accounts and maintaining accurate records in Salesforce.
Coordinate communication between sales representatives and clients to ensure timely follow-ups and resolution of inquiries.
Support business development efforts by researching potential markets and identifying new sales opportunities.
Handle telemarketing efforts to generate leads and promote products or services effectively.
Prepare sales reports and presentations for management review, highlighting key metrics and performance indicators.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and concerns promptly.
Collaborate with inside sales teams to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.

Required
Proven experience in sales or business development, with a strong understanding of technical sales concepts.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and team members.
Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software to manage customer relationships efficiently.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to maintain accurate records and reports.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
A proactive approach to problem-solving, demonstrating initiative in identifying opportunities for improvement.
Preferred
Familiarity with telemarketing techniques and strategies for lead generation is a plus.
