Responsibilities

Responsible for sales and production forecasting
Support the partners with Itron technology and solution presentations and demonstrations
Responsible for all sales in the region according to a quota set for the partners
Support internal Itron sales process activities with sales operations
Assist in the preparation of data for staff meetings/presentations including collation of market and product data based upon history and experience
Responsible for partner operational assistance if needed after tender award

Required

5+ years of experience selling complex offerings to utilities and municipalities.
Professional experience in Sales/Channel Partnering in a matrix and international company that sells complex solutions including Hardware, Software and Services.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to make the right decisions that represent Itron in the region.
Strong communication and executive presentation skills.
An effective team player and cross-functional contributor with strong drive for results.
Ability to lead cross functional teams and drive sales coordination needed to achieve target results.
Ability to ramp effectively and take ownership during ambiguous and time sensitive situations.
Recognize the need and determine travel plans to collaborate with partners.
Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.

Preferred

Experience managing sales of distributor or resell partners.
Strategic Sales experience.
Experience using Salesforce.
