Responsibilities

Partner with the Head of Product and leadership to develop the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.

Develop product and feature requirements for enhancements and 0 to 1 product launches. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the product/feature addresses the stated objective and with design and engineering to deliver clear requirements that unlock quality and velocity.

Test and launch new features and develop feature documentation such as release notes.

Promote Agile best practices and lead/participate in sprint rituals (kick-off, standups, retros, etc.).

Promote internal communication and collaboration with leaders and stakeholders to ensure internal visibility of ongoing and planned product priorities and strengthen partnership across the company.

Collect, organize, and prioritize internal and external product feedback and integrate into the product roadmap.

In partnership with the Head of Product and CTO, propose and implement changes to our product development cycle to accelerate the development and launch of high-quality features.

Develop KPIs and establish product analytics practices to identify areas for improvement. Translate findings into actionable improvements and features.

Be a nimble, team-player with an eagerness to build exciting products and deliver positive change. Help promote a positive remote team dynamic.

Required

Bachelor’s Degree

Minimum 3 years experience in Product Management with Agile framework

Strong organization, prioritization, project management, communication, and collaboration skills

Familiarity with common product/project management tools such as Notion, JIRA, GitLab, Figma, etc.

Team player with the ability to work in a startup environment, juggling multiple tasks and wearing different hats simultaneously

Comfortable working remotely and using web-based meetings with our team, our partners and clients
