Responsibilities
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Cisive’s products, market position, and competitive landscape.
Create initial product messaging and positioning differentiating Cisive in the market and arms our GTM teams with the collateral they need to win.
Partner with sales and product teams to gather insights and feedback on product features and customer needs.
Lead the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for new product launches.
Create compelling product marketing collateral, including sales decks, case studies, and white papers.
Train and enable the sales team on product positioning, messaging, and competitive differentiation.
Conduct deep voice of customer research and report findings and recommendations back to executive team.
Conduct ongoing market research and white space and competitive analysis to inform product development and marketing strategies.
Measure and report on the success of product marketing initiatives, optimizing for better engagement and conversion.
Expand Cisive’s thought leadership in the HR tech space through product-focused content and campaigns.

Required
High school diploma or equivalent required.
3-5 years of experience in B2B Product Marketing, preferably in HR tech or background screening required.
Strong understanding of go-to-market strategies, brand, and product positioning.
Proven track record of successful product launches and marketing campaigns.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex product features into clear customer benefits.
Experience with market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights to inform product strategies.
A data-driven approach to decision-making and a strong ability to work cross-functionally.
Preferred
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
