Responsibilities

Manage inbound calls from providers regarding CVO (Credentialing Verification Organization) and Provider Enrollment inquiries.
Document each call by creating a CTN (Call Tracking Number) as a record.
Escalate concerns and issues to management as needed.
Actively contribute as a productive team member.
Perform tasks that go beyond basic support responsibilities.
Follow instructions and direction from leadership, with the ability to handle tasks and assignments independently.
Identify, prioritize, and resolve straightforward issues independently, while appropriately escalating more complex matters.
Ensure compliance with contract requirements, business unit policies, and relevant legal regulations.
Demonstrate excellent communication skills and professional phone etiquette.
Exhibit a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.

Required

High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.).
1-2 years of experience in a Contact Center or Call Center environment.
Demonstrate excellent communication skills and professional phone etiquette.
Exhibit a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
Candidates must reside in Arkansas to be eligible for this remote position.
Successful completion of a pre-employment assessment related to call center operations is required.
Work schedule: Monday to Friday, between 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM CST.
To work effectively as a teleworker with Gainwell, employees must have a broadband internet connection with a minimum speed of 24 Mbps download and 8 Mbps upload.

Preferred

Background in healthcare.
Experience with call center software such as CxOne or Avaya is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams) and web browsers (Edge/Chrome).
