Responsibilities

Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of roles, including but not limited to software sales, logistics, and operational positions in the transportation industry.
Candidate Sourcing: Utilize creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent through job boards, social media, networking, and referral programs.
Behavior-Based Interviews: Conduct structured interviews to evaluate candidates’ competencies and alignment with the company’s core values and job requirements.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, develop job descriptions, and create tailored recruiting strategies.
Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline to proactively address current and future hiring needs.
Offer Management: Coordinate and facilitate offer discussions, including negotiation, to ensure a smooth hiring process.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates on recruitment metrics, hiring timelines, and candidate feedback.

Required

1-3 years of recruitment experience, with a focus on software sales preferred; familiarity with roles in the transportation industry is a plus.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable engaging with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
