Required
Construction Project Management, Project Coordination, and Project Management skills
Budgeting and Construction Management skills
Strong understanding of federal, state, and local building codes and regulations
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
Ability to work independently and remotely, while communicating effectively with remote teams
Ability to multitask and work on multiple projects simultaneously
Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Construction, or related field
Five or more years of experience in construction project management required
Preferred
Project Management Professional Certification (PMP) is an asset
Significant experience in large-scale hotel renovations preferred
