Responsibilities
Complete territory checks for all Broker groups – 24-hour turnaround being the expectation.
Contact Brokers to schedule appointments with a VP. Limit this outreach to those from whom we do not have active leads.
Enter all leads into CRM (currently FranConnect) and follow up to get an appointment scheduled with a VP.
Coordinate logistics for all conferences.
Regularly update Broker portals with current information and take advantage of advertising options.
Produce content for monthly email blasts.
Contact independent dry cleaners and laundromats when we are looking for acquisitions in an area. Setup appointments with a VP.
Serve as the PPOC (Primary Point of Contact) for the department.
Function as Liaison between candidate, Development team and corporate staff in generation of Franchise Agreements to include territory boundaries and amendments.
Assist Franchise Development team members with LinkedIn management to include outreach to candidates as well as posting of signings and public relations updates.
Active participant in the Franchise Development Department marketing plan and communicating between Franchise Development and Marketing departments.

Required
Experience in a franchisor and/or franchisee environment.
Experience with building strong relationships with team members and prospects and an ability to manage multiple projects.
Experience working with a Franchise Disclosure Document and associated franchise agreement content.
Experience creating and managing effective marketing campaigns including the ability to identify and manage digital marketing vendors.
Ability to influence and drive change plans to meet or exceed targets.
Experience in a high energy, aggressive growth business development environment.
Familiarity with using a CRM system for managing Franchise Leads.
Hybrid or remote work environment, however a preference will be given to candidates able to work in an office setting in Hanover, MA, Naples, FL or Overland Park, KS.
Occasional travel required.
