$30/hr - $30/hrIllumio, the breach containment leader, is seeking an Application Developer Intern for their summer 2025 program. The intern will contribute to the development and maintenance of critical applications while collaborating with experienced developers in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with senior developers to design, develop, and test new application features to enhance operational efficiency
Assist in the maintenance and optimization of existing internal tools and applications
Troubleshoot and resolve application issues
Document technical processes and create user guides for developed applications
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
Contribute to the development of best practices and coding standards
Learn and apply new technologies and tools as needed
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in a full-time bachelors Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field degree-seeking program with an expected graduation date in Winter 2025/Spring 2026
Strong understanding of programming languages such as Ruby, Python, or JavaScript
Familiarity with web development frameworks and tools (e.g., Ruby on Rails, Django, Node.js)
Knowledge of database systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL)
Excellent problem-solving, analytical skills, and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A passion for learning and continuous improvement
