Responsibilities
Provides excellent leadership, high degree of credibility, sales expertise and time management skills
Achieve and exceed assigned sales quotas through new business acquisition and customer expansion
Effective prioritization, sales activity, pipeline, and account management
Manage and optimize territory coverage
Effective motivator and coach to sales approach and best practices
Ensure employee resources, including process and technology, are optimized to enable improved individual and team performance
Monitor, drive, and report on KPIs (includes but not limited to sales, dials, talk time, conversions, opportunities, demos, and win/loss, CRM usage), ensuring that processes are consistently followed and deliver the expected outcomes
Track progress to goals
Focus on employee growth, and development of a high-performing, engaged team
Assess individual capability, and develop employees to the next level of performance for current and future roles
Scale business as growth and opportunity dictate; create business plans and ROI studies as needed to support the business growth
Develop and be an example of the company’s culture
Maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape

Required
Sales experience in SaaS, software, computer technology industry
Experience in developing quotas that align with the overall business objectives
Progressive sales career with minimum 5+ years in sales management in a Mid-Market business-to-business SaaS sales environment
Previous leadership role with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets
Demonstrated knowledge of sales processes and techniques (ex. MEDDPICC)
Strategic mindset to the table with the ability to align sales strategies with the business goals.
Strong negotiation and analysis skills
Track record for closing the deal and the ability solve problems and develop solutions
Able to work autonomously with little guidance from management
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Engaging and professional communication skills, verbal/written
Willingness to coach other team members to greater success
Able to work under pressure of deadlines/issues with a reassuring and calm demeanor
Motivation to excel and ensure the team and company grow and excel
Preferred
Bachelors (Preferred or equivalent experience)
Experience with sales technology stack (ex. SFDC, 6Sense, SalesLoft...)
