Responsibilities
Conduct research and create high-quality written materials, such as business plans, project outlines, and instructional documents.
Collaborate with internal team members to manage tasks and ensure projects stay on track.
Write clear instructions for vendors, such as designers and coders, to ensure alignment with project goals.
Occasionally engage with clients via email or in meetings, presenting ideas or gathering feedback.
Support strategy development by providing insights and recommendations based on research findings.

Required
Highly advanced comfort with learning new technology
Impeccable organization skills, remembering what is needed for a client and bringing what's needed to the forefront of the rest of the team
Extreme level of comfort thinking on their feet and coming up with ideas to say out loud in meetings
Great at idea generation
Extensive experience in roles that require speaking, such as therapy, coaching, teaching, consulting, etc.
A fast learner with strong writing skills and a knack for organizing complex information
Someone who enjoys intellectual challenges and thrives in a fast-paced, varied role
Confidence in speaking up in meetings or client interactions (even if it’s not frequent)
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects at once
Preferred
A background in humanities or similar fields is a plus, but not required
