Responsibilities
Support the Director in scheduling educational programs across locations for fall, winter, spring and summer sessions.
Maintain and update Google Sheets spreadsheet with pertinent data for all programs.
Interact with instructors to staff programs.
Assist the director in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our educational programs.
Respond to inquiries from school administrators in a timely manner.
Support instructors during programs and respond to their questions in a timely manner.
Escalate any issues requiring input from the Director, as needed.
Provide administrative support to Director of School Partnerships.
Be available at certain times to field questions from schools or instructors.

Self-starter and resourceful.
Attention to detail.
Strong planning and project management skills.
Ability to work independently.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsiveness.
Basic familiarity with Google Sheet spreadsheets.
Preferred
Experience working with youth or in educational settings a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Education, Marketing, Business or related field preferred.
Master's a plus.
