Responsibilities
Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of social media clients, ensuring their goals and expectations are met.
Develop and implement innovative social media strategies tailored to each client's objectives and audience.
Collaborate with designers and copywriters to produce high-quality posts, videos, and other multimedia assets.
Oversee daily posting schedules, monitor account activity, and ensure brand consistency across platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter).
Track performance metrics, analyze campaign results, and create comprehensive reports with actionable insights.
Manage audience interactions, respond to comments/messages, and foster community growth.
Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to inform strategies.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
2+ years of experience managing social media accounts, preferably for multiple clients.
Proven success in executing campaigns on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Superior organizational, time management, and project management skills.
Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite).
Creative mindset with the ability to develop compelling content ideas.
Ability to manage multiple, complex projects and budgets simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Must be able to develop and maintain relationships and work across cross-functional teams.
Preferred
Experience in creating evergreen photo and video content.
Familiarity with short-form video editing quickly and efficiently.
Experience with paid social media advertising.
Familiarity with graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
Knowledge of SEO principles as they relate to social media.
