Responsibilities

Lead a team of Solutions Engineers across the globe supporting the sales organization

Be responsible for tracking all POCs and work with the team to overcome any challenges

Work closely with Product and Engineering to help gather requirements from prospects to help unlock additional revenue

Attract, hire, and develop the Solutions Engineering team as the company continues to grow and scale

Be a strong, close partner to the sales team, providing them the technical assistance and guidance needed to help close business
