Responsibilities

Identify and remove duplicate records (contacts, accounts, opportunities, leads) to ensure data accuracy.
Perform a one-time audit and clean-up of key data fields to maintain data consistency and quality.
Review current workflows, identify inefficiencies, and implement automation to improve sales team productivity.
Document changes to workflows and automations for future reference and training purposes.
Ensure opportunity stages are correctly aligned with sales team processes and update where necessary.
Modify opportunity fields to enhance data tracking and reporting accuracy.
Update call dispositions to accurately reflect sales interactions and outcomes.
Remove outdated or irrelevant tasks from Salesforce to streamline task management.
Ensure pricing packages reflect current product offerings and pricing strategies.
Update order forms to match current pricing and product offerings.
Make configuration adjustments to Salesforce fields, layouts, and record types to improve user experience and data capture.
Ensure appropriate user profiles, roles, and permissions are set for the sales team.
Design custom reports and dashboards to track sales performance, pipeline health, and key metrics.
Set up real-time dashboards to improve sales visibility.
Perform a comprehensive review of the Salesforce instance to ensure integrations and system settings are functioning optimally.
Address urgent Salesforce-related requests from the sales team to ensure smooth operations.

Required
