Responsibilities
Provide contract management support for a backlog of contracts, primarily in the aerospace and defense sectors.
Manage and negotiate various types of contracts including NDAs, PIAs, and general terms and conditions.
Assist with sales negotiations and ensure compliance with federal government contracting regulations including FAR, DFAR, EAR, and ITAR.
Support the business operations in the EU and US with broad commercial contract knowledge.
Support German operations.

Required
6+ years of experience in contract management, preferably within the aerospace and defense industry.
Requires a multi-lingual candidate, fluent in both German and English language, with working knowledge of German contract law.
Knowledge of federal government contracting regulations is highly desirable.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision.
Strong organizational skills to manage a large volume of contracts effectively.
Experience with Agiloft or similar contract management technology.
Preferred
Preference for an east coast based candidate.
