Responsibilities

Oversees credit administration, accounts receivable and claims administration

Support general accounting, tax and financial reporting functions

Interpreting financial statements

Assessing financial stability of customers

Establishing credit limits

Maintaining exposure within credit limits

Cash applications to invoices

Ensuring timely claims administration

Working closely with other divisions to collaborate on risk management and provide a coordinated voice to the customer

Required

Prior leadership and supervision experience

Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Accounting, Finance, or Business) or certification through a professionally recognized credit organization (Ex. NACM)

Prior experience with financial statement analysis or commercial banking

Five years of Credit/Accounting/Finance experience

Preferred

Experience with financial reporting, analytical tools, and risk management tools such as corporate guaranties, credit insurance, letters of credit, etc.

Strong computer skills that include experience using all facets of Microsoft Office software and database queries
